  TERRIBLE! Do NOT take anything here. The review above is true as I came here for an engraving on a watch. It took almost TWO WEEKS of run around phone calls and lies to FINALLY get my watch back and not only did I get it back I got it back with a TYPO!!!! Sasha wanted to squeeze in the letter to fix the mistake but that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as it would've looked STUPID! He didn't offer to give me my money back or a resolution to HIS mistake. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!
